Females Should Workout

It is highly appreciating that girls and women in our country are becoming more and more involved in physical training. You may have observed that more and more female gyms are opening up in different localities. So, it is a matter of fact that females are becoming more active. However, most of the females in our country are confused the actual concepts of exercise. Some females think that they will look masculine if they exercise, which in fact is not true. Today, I will explain certain facts that will prove this myth to be totally wrong.

Gender Differences

Everyone is aware that the two genders male and female are totally different from each other, emotionally as well as physically. Both have different roles in the society according to their specialties.

Hormones of the Body

As you all know, biologically there are many hormones in the human body, which perform different functions. Two main hormones in our body differentiate our genders. They are testosterone and estrogen. Both hormones are present in males and females but the ratio of these hormones is mainly the factor that accounts for the gender differences.

Flexibility

Backache is one most common problem all over the world these days. Researchers say backache can be reduced to some extent if you increase the level of flexibility in your spine.

As we grow older our joints become less flexible thereby causing pain. If our bodies are less flexible we might face problems in your routine activities. For example, if our bodies are less flexible it is difficult to bend and pick up anything from the floor. We might face pain while sitting on an office chair and try to turn to our sides in the course of doing work on the computer or consulting office files.

Let’s see what is flexibility? How we can increase it and what are the factors that can increase or decrease flexibility. Flexibility may be defined as the range of motion in a joint or group of joints.

Over-Training

Over training is common problem in almost every male or female who works out regularly. Over training is a silent problem which can lead to many other problems such insomnia, lack of appetite, weight loss and stiff muscles.

What is over-training?

It is the state where the athlete is repeatedly stressed to the point where the rest taken in inadequate to recover from the stress. Exercise or physical activity beyond the energy levels of the body is called over-training.
